HOLIDAY COTTAGE - Harvest
This two bedroom, four sleeper holiday cottage has an open plan living area on the ground floor which includes a generous kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The beautiful decorated sitting room area has floor to ceiling windows and door providing direct access to the garden and wonderful views of the field, woods and hills beyond. If you are looking at getting out, holiday guests are invited to enjoy the extensive gardens which include a large pond and two wooded areas.
Well Equipped Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Tea towels and essential cleaning cloths & products are all supplied.
Garden & Grounds
In addition to enjoying private garden space, guests are invited to enjoy the extensive grounds which include a large pond with summer house and two wooded areas.
Storage
An under stairs cupboard provides hanging space for outdoor coats and shoes etc.
Bathroom Facilities
The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and has a shower (no bath), wash basin with shaver point and toilet.
Dining Facilities
The dining area includes an extendable table and four dining chairs. Plentiful supplies of crockery and glasses etc are stored nearby for convenience.
Seating Area
The sitting room area has floor to ceiling windows and door providing direct access to the garden and wonderful views of the field, woods and hills beyond. Two seater sofa + two armshairs provide comfortable seating. A Smart TV is provided.
Bedrooms
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, (1 with a double bed, the other with twin singles) bedside tables, wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and towel rails. The large main bedroom has windows on two aspects, one of which includes a door to a Juliet balcony giving views over the hills. The smaller room has two windows on a single aspect. All bed linen included.
Parking Area
Ample parking for one or two cars is available right outside the cottage.
Entertainment
The cottage has a Smart Freeview LCD TV
Wifi
There is free fibre wifi throughout but this is subject to availability by the provider.

Towels can be provided at an additional cost of £5 per person.
