FARM COTTAGE - LAVENDER
This two bedroom, four sleeper self catering farm cottage has an open plan living area on the ground floor which includes a generous kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Two generous sofas provide very comfortable seating in a well decorated living area. The upstairs of this farm cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms with one room having versatile zip & link singles to create a super king double (or twin singles) and the other room having twin single beds. A perfect cottage to enjoy a peaceful trip to the Isle of Man.
Well Equipped Kitchen
The fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice box. Additional freezer space is available in the adjacent utility room. Tea towels and essential cleaning cloths & products are all supplied.
Garden & Grounds
A garden dining table and chairs are placed directly outside the farm cottage which catches the late afternoon sun. Holiday guests are also invited to enjoy the extensive gardens which include a large pond with summer house and two wooded areas.
Storage
An under stairs cupboard provides hanging space for outdoor coats and shoes etc.
Sleeps 4
Two bedrooms: 1 Super King double or twin + 1 twin. Perfect if your party requires 4 single beds.
Bathroom Facilities
The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and has a shower (no bath), wash basin with shaver point and toilet. Toiletries are provided.
Dining Facilities
The dining area includes a table and four dining chairs. Plentiful supplies of crockery and glasses etc are stored nearby for convenience.
Parking Area
Ample parking for one or two cars is available outside the farm cottage. Undercover parking is available for bikes or motorcycles.
Bedrooms
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The larger room has versatile zip & link singles to create a super king double, wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, towel rail and individual bedside cupboards. The smaller room has a twin single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, towel rails and bedside tables. All bed linen supplied.
Wifi
There is free fibre wifi throughout but this is subject to availability by the provider.
Entertainment
The cottage has a Smart TV.
Seating Area
Two generous 3 & 4 seater sofas provide very comfortable seating in the lounge area.
Fresh Towels
Towels can be provided at an additional cost of £5 per person.
