This two bedroom, four sleeper holiday cottage has an open plan living area on the ground floor which includes a generous kitchen, dining and sitting areas.
The beautiful decorated sitting room area has floor to ceiling windows and door providing direct access to the garden and wonderful views of the field, woods and hills beyond. Enjoy seeing the pheasants and hares which regularly pass through or just watch the stars on a dark night.
All guests are invited to enjoy the extensive gardens but young children will need close supervision around our large, unfenced pond and summerhouse. Sorry, no pets of any kind accepted.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Tea towels and essential cleaning cloths & products are all supplied.
An under stairs cupboard provides hanging space for outdoor coats and shoes etc.
The dining area includes an extendable table and four dining chairs. Plentiful supplies of crockery and glasses etc are stored nearby for convenience.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, (1 with a standard double bed, the other with twin singles) bedside tables, wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and towel rails. The large main bedroom has windows on two aspects, one of which includes a door to a Juliet balcony giving views over the hills. The smaller room has two windows on a single aspect. All bed linen included. A cot + high chair are available on request for infants under 2.
The cottage has fibre broadband + a Smart Freeview LCD TV so guests can stream their favourites.

In addition to enjoying private garden space, guests are invited to enjoy the extensive grounds which include a large pond with summer house. NB The pond is unfenced so young children and any guests who do not understand the dangers of open water need to be supervised at all times. The pond is not visible from the cottage.
The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and has a shower (no bath), wash basin with shaver point and toilet.

Ample parking for one or two cars is available right outside the cottage.
There is free fibre wifi throughout but this is subject to availability by the provider. Whilst we have not experienced any problems since installation, no guarantee can be given for the fibre connection.
Towels are included (1 bath sheet + hand towel per guest) + tea towels.
