Two generous sofas provide very comfortable seating in a well decorated living area with fibre broadband + smart tv.
The upstairs of this farm cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms with one room having versatile zip & link singles to create a super king double (or twin singles) and the other room having twin single beds. A shower room its between the two bedrooms.
A perfect cottage to enjoy a peaceful trip to the Isle of Man. Young children will need close supervision around our large, unfenced pond and summerhouse. Sorry, no pets of any kind accepted.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Tea towels and essential cleaning cloths & products are all supplied.
An under stairs cupboard provides hanging space for outdoor coats and shoes etc.
The dining area includes an extendable table and four dining chairs. Plentiful supplies of crockery and glasses etc are stored nearby for convenience.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The larger room has a super king double which can also be converted to full size twin singles, making this cottage ideal if you need four single beds. The room is completed with wardrobe, tall chest of drawers, towel rail and individual bedside cupboards. The smaller room has a twin single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, towel rails and bedside tables. All towels & bed linen supplied. A cot and high chair are available on request for infants up to two years of age.
The cottage has fibre broadband + Smart TV so guests can stream all of their favourites.

A garden dining table and chairs are placed directly outside the farm cottage which catches the late afternoon sun. Guests are invited to enjoy the extensive grounds which include a large pond with summer house. NB The pond is unfenced so young children and any guests who do not understand the dangers of open water need to be supervised at all times. The pond is not visible from the cottage.
The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and has a shower (no bath), wash basin with shaver point and toilet. Toiletries are provided.

Ample parking for one or two cars is available outside the farm cottage.
There is free fibre wifi throughout but this is subject to availability by the provider. Whilst we have not experienced any problems since installation, we cannot give a guarantee for the fibre connection.
Towels are included (1 bath sheet + hand towel per guest) + tea towels.
