This 3 bedroom (main with en suite walk in shower room), five sleeper cottage is entirely step free with wider doorways so ideal for families or visitors wanting to avoid stairs. Parking is right outside the front door, with space for at least 2 cars.

This farmstay cottage benefits from laminate floors throughout the open living space and is decorated to the highest standard. No less than 3 sets of full length patio doors open out onto the private gravel garden from the living space and two of the bedrooms (superking + en suite & king). The glorious views from the cottage are all over our own fields and the distant hills. The family bathroom has a lovely deep bath and a walk in shower.
1 Assistance dog very welcome. Sorry, no pets of any type accepted. Young children will need close supervision around our large, unfenced pond and summerhouse.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Tea towels and essential cleaning cloths & products are all supplied.
The entrance porch includes a cloakroom plus hanging space for coats and a bench seat to put on or remove boots etc.
The spacious open plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen with dining table in front of a large window, affording wonderful views over open farmland. The dining chairs include some with arms and seating for 5/6 around the table. Plentiful supplies of crockery and glasses etc are stored nearby for convenience.
The Master Bedroom a SK double bed + en suite shower room including a double size shower, basin (with illuminated mirror over) and toilet plus large heated towel radiator. There are fitted wardrobes plus TV. Full length windows and a patio door onto the garden afford the same lovely views over open fields towards the hills. The room can be set up with twin single beds if required.
The Second king double bedroom is slightly smaller but with similar fitted furniture and windows giving the same access onto the garden. The Single Bedroom provides a charming full size single bed with small wardrobe and storage. A cot and high chair are also available on request for children under 2 years.
The cottage has a fibre broadband + Smart TV so guests can stream their favourites.

Why not book our neighbouring cottages, Lavender and Harvest, which sleep a combined 8 guests in up to 7 separate beds, if needed, or include Sunset View as well for up to 13 guests in up to 11 separate beds.
Sunset View has an enclosed garden which provides a very high degree of privacy. A wide concrete path borders the full length of the cottage and beyond that there is a gravelled area. Outdoor tables and seating for 6 are provided. In addition to enjoying private garden space, guests are invited to enjoy the extensive grounds which include a large pond with summer house. NB The pond is unfenced so young children and any guests who do not understand the dangers of open water need to be supervised at all times. The pond is not visible from the cottage.
The spacious open plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen with dining table in front of a large window, affording wonderful views over open farmland. The dining chairs include some with arms and seating for 5/6 around the table. Plentiful supplies of crockery and glasses etc are stored nearby for convenience.
The seating area includes a sofa for 2 plus 3 easy chairs, all with views out of the full length windows and patio door onto the garden. Standard and table lamps provide a number of lighting options for guests and there is a large coffee table situated in the centre of the seating area.
The step free parking area is immediately in front of the entrance door and can easily accommodate 2/3 cars. The parking area is fitted with security lighting.
There is free fibre wifi throughout but this is subject to availability by the provider. Whilst we have not experienced any problems since installation, no guarantee can be given for the fibre connection.
Towels are included (1 bath sheet + hand towel per guest) + tea towels.
Access to parts of the farm may be given, depending on the time of year.
